Bishop Arts District of Oak Cliff
The Bishop Arts District is located in Oak Cliff, Dallas and is home to eclectic shops, restaurants, art galleries, and a variety of styles of historic homes. It’s definitely up-and-coming, very walkable, and it is still a somewhat affordable area in which to buy a home. Check-out a couple of my favorite spots there when you visit:

The Wild Detectives – WOW! Successful fusion of bookstore, coffee house, and intimate music venue, this is a favorite place to chill and connect with people or to get a bit of work done.
